HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION?
BRD - Groupe Société Générale disposes of a data base with all CVs sent by the applicants.
The shortest way for you to be registered in this data base is to submit your CV and letter of application on our official site, in the section Submit your CV. Thus, your CV will be automatically registered in the data base, on the very day of its submittal.

The applications are kept in our data base for at least one year.

PROCESSING YOUR CV

Once entered in our data base, your CV can be selected when a recruiting request comes up, depending on your option for a certain position, on your profile and on the number of job vacancies.

The CV selection is done according to the criteria established by the entity that requests applicants for the job vacancies through external recruiting.

The selected applications are carefully examined, and the persons that meet the most criteria will be contacted and invited to a first recruitment interview.

INTERVIEW

To make sure the process is objective, each applicant will be invited to minimum two recruitment interviews, first with a recruitment consultant in the Human Resources Department and then with line manager of the respective position.

The interview represents an important moment of mutual information and of assessment of the applicant's potential, according to the powers set for the respective position.
