How do I use it
HOW TO USE BRD-Net?

Do I need to install special software on my computer?

BRD-Net can be accessed by using an Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape etc) with no need to install any additional software. You must use an updated browser version without restrictions on secure connections.

WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE ISSUES USING BRD-Net?
If for various reasons you cannot access BRD-Net:
  • Make the necessary configurations including the actualization of the browser version by using the instructions in the Usage Guide you receive upon signing the contract. Or use the instructions on this website.
  • Contact a BRD consultant at the BRD branch where you have signed the BRD-Net contract or dial VOCALIS at 0800.803.803 (free of charge available only in the Romtelecom network) if you lose your access password.
  • Contact the Bank specialists through the Hotline section of the web site. Explain the issues you have and give them your personal data.
HOW TO ACCESS BRD-Net?
Access http://www.brd-net.ro and click the "Account access" link. Use your BRD-Net Usage Code printed on the Application Form (8 digits) and your Password (6 digits).

WHAT TO DO IF I LOSE OR FORGET MY ACCESS PASSWORD?
Please address to the BRD branch where you signed the BRD-Net contract in order to get a new password. Alternatively call VOCALIS at 0800.803.803 (free of charge service usable only in the Romtelecom network). Your new password is e-mailed to the electronic address designated in the contract and becomes active starting the following day.

WHAT TO DO IF I DON'T GET MY NEW PASWORD?
After signing the BRD-Net contract the password is automatically e-mailed to the Contract administrator - the contract holder or another authorized individual. If for various reasons you don't receive your password:
  • Double-check the Administrator's e-mail address in the Application Form. If the address is incorrectly typed, inform the BRD branch where you signed the Contract and ask for a correction and a new password
  • Check your e-mail folders. Sometimes the brd-net@brd.ro electronic messages enter the Spam/Bulk folders.
WHAT RESTRICTIONS DO I HAVE?
  • You can transfer minimum RON 10 or EUR/USD 3
  • The maximum transferable sum depends on the client profile
