- Credit in RON or EUR of RON 600 - 40,000 (EUR 200 - 10,000) - up to 100% of the project value
- Loan tenor - up to 10 years
- No guarantors
- Interest of your choice - variable, depending on market interest level or fixed, allowing you to have an overall view on the total sum to repay
- A wide range of income sources accepted: salaries, pensions, dividends, copyrights, rents, including income from freelance activities. You can secure a larger amount if you add-on the revenues of 3 family members.

HOW TO GET AN EXPRESSO LOAN?

Submit your complete file to a BRD branch of your choice and get the desired loan right away.
Provide us with the following documents:

- Identity card (original and copy)
- Marriage certificate (original and copy) if applicable
- Documents attesting the income source: BRD form of salary proof, and one of the following documents: pay check, copy of the individual work contract or pension ticket or other documents, depending on the income type
- The latest utilities bill (on your choice: telephone bill, mobile bill, electricity, water, gas, TV cable), attesting the same address from the identity paper
Complementary to the loan, you can subscribe to a life and permanent invalidity contract. The policy is valid on the entire loan period.
