| HOW TO USE THE MOBILIS SERVICE

| Do I need a special SIM card to use Mobilis?
You must have a special SIM card containing the Mobile Banking application. You can get it in any Orange shop or you can request it by mail upon subscribing to the MOBILIS service at one of our branches. |
| HOW CAN I ACCESS MOBILIS?

In 24 hours from signing the contract you shall receive the following message: "De acum puteţi utiliza serviciul de mobile-banking MOBILIS furnizat de BRD-Groupe Société Générale împreună cu Orange" which means "From now on you can use the mobile-banking service provided by BRD-Groupe Société Générale and Orange". |
Access the "Mobile Banking" option from your Orange menu and insert the PIN-GSM code. The following options will be listed on the phone display: Register Bank, Erase Bank, MB Inbox..
To register BRD-Groupe Société Générale use the information in the confidential envelope.
Select Register Bank, select BRD as Bank Name and a MB Client Code (a.i. 12345678). Validate the operation by a MB Banking PIN (a.i. 1234).
The message shall confirm that you can use the MOBILIS service. The option was added in your Orange / Mobile Banking menu. Select this option and you shall be able to access the MOBILIS menu.

| WHAT TO DO IF I LOCK MY PIN?
