THE BOARD

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors establishes the directions of the Bank's activity and supervises its implementation. The members of the Board are elected by the General Assembly of Shareholders, for a renewable 4-years mandate.

The Management Committee insures, under the coordination of the Chairman & CEO, the strategic management of the Bank, with the assistance of one Co-CEO and five Deputy CEOs. Its members are mandated to manage and coordinate the Bank's daily activity, except for the issues that are incumbent upon the Board of Directors or the General Assembly of the Shareholders.
The Management Committee meets once a week.
