Jan Kotík is The New General Manager Of BRD Sogelease

BRD Sogelease IFN S.A appointed Jan Kotík as General Director, who officialy took over this position at the end of the year 2013.

Before taking over the management of BRD Sogelease, Jan Kotík was Chief Operating Officer (since November 2009) and Board Member of ESSOX, Société Générale Group company, leader in consumer finance business within the Czech Republic.

Jan Kotík joined the Group Société Générale in 2003, having managerial expertise in banking and financial services for over 14 years. His professional career within Société Générale Group started with the position of Financial Control Director within Strategy and Finance Department at Komerční Banka (Czech Republic).

“We shall pursue the improvement process of the leasing activity, relying on the experience and support of the entire BRD - Groupe Société Générale team, proving our partners that we are able to provide alternative financing in a quick, flexible and professional manner. Group sinergies development shall remain a priority for us to promote integrated financial offers and specialized services.

For 2014 we plan to identify and take advantage of all business opportunities in order to consolidate our position on the market, without losing sight of the profitability.”

Jan Kotík studied the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, University of Economics in Prague, and completed his studies at ESC Lyon, France, in 1996. In addition to some other professional training programmes, in 2005 he completed an Executive course at Harvard Business School in Boston.
