Syndicated Loan of RON 230 M Granted by BRD Led Consortium to Delta ACM

A consortium of banks led by BRD-Groupe Société Générale has granted a loan worth RON230 million to construction company Delta ACM 93 for a two-year period, for working capital and for issuing letters of bank guarantee. The consortium includes BRD Groupe Société Générale – lead arranger, issuing bank, agent and guarantee agent - and Bancpost. Legal documentation was prepared by Clifford Chance Badea.


Delta ACM 93 is company with Romanian capital with over 20 years of experience on the constructions market, and currently has projects in Romania, Austria, Republic of Moldova, Gabon and Iraq.

BRD - Groupe Société Générale is the second bank in Romania in terms of assets. It has 2.2 million active customers and operates a network of 845 units. BRD has a leading position on the card market with 2.2 million cards and a network acceptance over 26,000 POS and 1,500 ATMs. With factoring operations of EUR 960 million in 2014, BRD is the leader of the factoring market. Total assets of the bank at end of June 2015 amounted to RON 47.1 Bn.
